Meeting facilities

Our varied meeting facilities can welcome up to 225 guests in a stimulating and elegant environment outfitted with the latest technology. All meetings up to 15 people include our Experience Meetings setup, which comes with a coffee machine, fruit and nuts.

Foyer

Our inviting foyer makes the perfect entrance to your event. Beautifully designed in soft beige tones, up to 90 guests can be welcomed here. For larger events, make use of our other meeting venues, M1 and M2, which directly connect to the foyer.

M1 + M2

Our grand, theater-style venue M1 + M2 accommodates up to 225 guests and is outfitted with exceptional equipment for the perfect meeting. The venue includes an LCD projector and screen, a conference sound system and high-speed Internet. Connected to the Piazza, move the meeting into the gorgeous grounds when the weather suits.

M3

Accommodating up to 45 people, our 53-square meter venue is complete with a moderation kit, DigiChart Innovative Technology to digitize your work, as well as an LCD TV and flip chart to support your meeting’s flow.

M4 + M5

Dividable into two sections, this 78-square meter meeting space accommodates up to 84 people in theater-style seating. The venue features an LCD TV, a moderation kit, free wireless Internet and DigiChart Innovative Technology.

M6

Ideal for up to 50 people, our M6 venue is outfitted with a moderation kit, a 48-inch LCD TV, flip chart, DigiChart Innovative Technology and high-speed Internet.

Executive Lounge

Take your meeting into a more intimate setting in our Executive Lounge. Chic and contemporary, find instant inspiration in this classy environment, bookable for 1-2-hour meeting session for guests staying in our Collection Executive Rooms, Junior Suites and Suites.

Brain Box

Spark your creativity and connect with colleagues in a new way in the Brain Box. Touching on all your senses, the Brain Box helps stimulate ideas with features like write-on walls, flexible furniture and adjustable lighting.
