Boasting a total of 914 m2 of prime space among 10 meeting suites, we are ready to accommodate large banquets hosting up to 300 attendees, as well as intimate meetings.

Along with optimal proximity to the city and quick access to the airport, we also offer Free high-speed, wireless Internet and state-of-the-art audiovisual equipment in all conference suites, each named after Arne Jacobsen’s famed furniture pieces.

7eren (The 7 Series)

Named after the chic 7 series, our largest flexible meeting suite is perfectly suited for large meetings for up to 200 people in RECEPTION style, or beautiful banquets. 7eren offers natural light and stunning views, courtesy of Copenhagen city, as well as built in screens and projectors for your convenience. The room is flexible and can be combined with the Svanen I (The Swan I) and Svanen II (The Swan II) rooms.

Egget (The Egg)

Exquisitely elegant like its namesake, Egget meeting suite will delight and impress your guests with its modern ambiance. Invite your guests to an unforgettable event with impeccable service, perfect for dinner parties, cocktail receptions or product launches.

Svanen I & II (The Swan I & II)

Our most popular event suites, Svanen I & II offer stunning views of Tivoli Gardens and Copenhagen city, mirroring its vibrant atmosphere. Each suite is 54 m2 with natural daylight and can be combined for larger private and business events. Designed for board meetings for up to 22 people or auditorium style up to 30 people, each suite boasts a 75 inch Samsung LCD Television and 2 artichoke lamps, adding a touch of elegance to functionality.

Oxford I & II

These 2 business suites are perfect for small meetings for up to 8 people in boardroom style and can be used as breakout rooms in addition to larger events. Have a seat in Arne Jacobsen´s famous Oxford chair, designed with beautiful form and functionality in mind. Each suite boasts natural daylight and a 65 inch Samsung LCD Television screen from which to display your presentation.

Liljen (The Lily)

Named after the stunning Liljen chair, originally created by Arne Jacobsen in 1970 for the Danish national bank, this boardroom exudes modern elegance and exclusivity. Both the color and style of the Liljen chair have been designed solely for our hotel and beautifully decorate this boardroom suite, suitable for up to 8 people.

Royal Suite (I & II)

The exceptional space of the Royal Suite features classic designs such as the 7 chair and stunning natural light from Copenhagen city. Host your next board meeting or private event in the Royal Suite, which can be combined into one large venue for up to 100 people, perfect for presentations, product launches and banquets.

Barons

Situated on the ground floor close to the hotel bar, Barons has its own private foyer in front of the meeting suite for extra privacy. Host your next intimate dinner party for up to 80 people and experience an elegant evening sure to impress your guests.

Evening Meeting Package

We are pleased to offer our evening package, which lasts for 7 hours.

The offer includes:
  • 3-course dinner menu specially created by our talented chef featuring smoked faroese salmon with smoked cheese, cucumber, watercress and brussels sprouts; filet with variation of onion and red wine sava and chocolate fondant with vanilla ice cream and biscuit crumble
  • Coffee and tea
  • Flower decoration
  • Open bar with beer, wine and soft drink for 2 hours after dinner
  • Welcome Drink is a 1 glass of André Clouet Champagne
  • Wine Ad Libitum during dinner including liquor, wine, dessert wine eg, Purato Pinot Grigio – Catarratto Organic, Santa Thesa, Sicilien, Amalaya Tinto, Malbec, Calchaqui Vally, Argentina, Voulët Casorzo, Fracchia and Piemonte
Should you have special requests regarding the menu and season (strawberries, asparagus, etc.), we will put together a new specialized menu, in cooperation with our chef.
